- No item(s) can be returned to Ergonomic Workstation Products Pty Ltd without prior authorisation. Please complete the form below to request any returns or warranty claims.
- Chairs and desks are not refundable for credit or exchange under any circumstances except where a trial chair has been supplied.
- Custom-made items, special requisition for goods (indent), items removed from blister packs or retail packaging are not refundable for credit or exchange. Such items include but not limited to are keyboards, mice and desks.
- Requests for refund or exchange will not be accepted after 7 days of receipt of goods.
- The cost, method and responsibility lies with the customer who wishes to return item(s). Customer to advice EWP on expected return date.
- A 10% restocking fee will apply to customers who returned goods that were deemed faulty but were not in actual fact. If the goods were exchanged for another product, the restocking fee is not applicable.
- Items returned that have been classified not fit for resale or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Postage, delivery fees or freight costs are not refundable once a transaction takes place.
- These terms of trade apply to all transactions with EWP irrespective of any manufacturers’ terms.
