Delivery/Returns Policy

If an item that has been purchased is received damaged, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price or a product exchange.  The item must be returned with all paperwork, packaging, parts, and accessories to ensure full refund.

Please note that the following steps apply to all returns, including defective items and those that may have been damaged during shipping.

Please make sure your return meets the following:

  • Product is in its original packaging
  • Product was received within the last 7 days
  • Product is not included in Exceptions (noted below)

EXCEPTIONS

Non-Returnable Items (unless due to faulty or damaged merchandise):
Desktop Aids, Footrests & Anti-Fatigue Mats, Privacy Filters, Custom-made Chairs, Desks, and Workstations.

Personal Items:
If the following personal accessory products that have made direct contact with skin, they are non-returnable:
Neck and Travel Supports, Back Supports, and Seat Cushions.

Sale Items:
Sale Items are considered final sale and are non-returnable.  Please do not ship these items back to Ergonomic Workstation Products Pty Ltd, as we cannot issue a credit or a refund.

GUIDELINE FOR RETURNS

Pack the items securely.  Please wrap the product to prevent it from getting damaged in shipment.  All returned products must be in the same condition in which they were received.  Please select a box size that fits your product.  Include a copy of the invoice in the package.

Contact us as we may be able collect the item.  This may save you from having to send it.  We may even be able to deliver the correct item upon collection.

Please consider using registered mail with an Express Post Bag for your return package.  Ergonomic Workstation Products Pty Ltd cannot be responsible for packages that are lost by mail.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (exceptions - wrongly shipped or products received faulty/damaged).
  • Shipping cost for returns is at the customer's expense.
  • After inspection to ensure the product is returned in original condition, refunds or credits are issued within 7 days of product receipt by Ergonomic Workstation Products Pty Ltd.
  • Refunds will not be issued for products that are soiled, damaged or have missing parts.
  • If your order has shipped, or is in the process of being shipped, we will be unable to cancel your order.  You will need to follow the return instructions once you receive the package.
  • Please notify us about damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receipt, and make sure you keep all the original boxes and packaging.

No item(s) can be returned to Ergonomic Workstation Products Pty Ltd without prior authorisation.  Please contact us or send an email to [email protected] to request any returns or warranty claims.  Please reference your Invoice number.
02.
Chairs and desks are not refundable for credit or exchange under any circumstances, except where a Chair Trial has been supplied.
03.
Custom-made items, special requisition for goods (indent), and items removed from blister packs or retail packaging are not refundable for credit or exchange.  Such items include, but are not limited to, keyboards, mice and desks.
04.
Requests for refund or exchange will not be accepted after 7 days from receipt of goods.
05.
The cost, method and responsibility lies with the customer who wishes to return item(s).  The customer is to advise EWP on expected return date.
06.
A 10% restocking fee will apply to customers who returned goods that were deemed faulty, but were not faulty.  If the goods were exchanged for another product, the restocking fee is not applicable.
07.
Items returned that have been classified not fit for resale or are damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
08.
Postage, delivery fees or freight costs are not refundable once a transaction takes place.
09.
These terms of trade apply to all transactions with EWP irrespective of any manufacturers’ terms.
